"Not everyone is a winner."

I have been shooting quite a bit lately. My EOS Elan has been getting quite a workout and it has been beating the f*ck out of my wallet as well. While shooting film, it is so much more disciplined than digital.

With digital, Spray N’ Pray is what I've heard. Take the shot, look at it, don't like it, delete, take another. Like it, move on.

With film, the right angle, the right lighting, should I push this one, black and white, color, can I afford another roll, should I be doing something else with my time, is my car payment due, these shoes hurt my feet, maybe I should come back when the sun is setting, maybes it better in the morning.

But, take the shot. You win some, you lose some. Buy the ticket, take the ride. Not everyone is a winner..
