Ghosts of Brigham and The SLC.
I've been shooting a lot of film lately. I keep hearing and reading that it's an expensive hobby to get back into. It is very true. A film photographer I follow said, “It's cheaper to be an alcoholic.”
I have been back up to Brigham City lately to a talk about the old Bushnell Hospital/Intermountain Indian Schools. A local artist had photos she had taken years ago and had them put into a book to preserve the imagery of the buildings. It was an interesting talk as well as seeing the photos. I remember more of the urban legends and myths surrounding the school rather than the actual purpose of it.
Also, of course, I have been just driving around and exploring. Relearning the 35mm game. It's been fun.
