Downtown SLC is, actually, pretty fun to photograph. It's strange that it has a lot of the things I loved to photograph when I was in Vegas. You have a lot of street art, graffiti, sculptures, gardens and good architecture. The one thing that it has over Vegas is there’s much more historical points of interest to photograph. They're mostly historical buildings and almost all original.

Growing up in Brigham City, a bit north of SLC, there was A LOT of history in that little place. I loved being able to explore the old wool mill, the theater, hospital, Indian School. I loved to keep in touch with the history or at least document it.
